• No online accounts are created and no sign-in is required.
• The app contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics SDKs.
• AUTODRATION does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information through a developer-operated server.

Documents, templates, comments, approvals, settings, and audit history are stored in the app's private storage on the device.

The embedded workspace communicates only with a service running inside the app on the device loopback interface. Data leaves private storage only when you explicitly export a backup or report.

Files you export are created only at your request and remain under your control once saved or shared.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and AUTODRATION does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data created in the app is kept in app-specific storage provided by the operating system, which is protected by the device's own security controls. Keeping the device locked, updated, and under your control is the primary protection for that data.

Local records remain until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Exported files remain under your control. Because there is no developer-operated server, there is no server-side copy to request deletion of.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies.
